First of all u need to install ansible https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/installation_guide/intro_installation.html.
To check that ansible install right u can use command make ansible-ping.
Then u need to install dependencies, use command make install-requirements.
To deploy this app on server u need to use make ansible-deploy
