SlidFast is a minimalistic approach to writing mobile web apps.
It utilizes core HTML5 APIs for today's mobile web browsers.

Include the 2 files from /core and initialize with:
//initialize mobile project with SlidFast
//parameters are for "default page ID" and "default page hash"
