Demo improvements

To make demo page more clean, this PR applies some new styles. There is some "build things" to improves the show of demo/index.html.

Dependencies and build

I just add a start script that copies node_modules dependencies to demo/(js|css) folder. I added too http-server to start on demo/ folder, using 8000 port.

Some dependencies, like jquery.validaty.css, was missing to html file.
