Summary

Switches Rescript from MIT to PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 so redistributors must keep attribution and cannot use the software commercially (including reselling an unmodified or lightly modified copy).

Changes

  • Replace LICENSE with PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0
  • Copyright / required notice: Wassim Gharbi and Rescript contributors
  • Update README license section + badge; note that prior MIT releases stay MIT for those snapshots
  • Set package.json license to PolyForm-Noncommercial-1.0.0 and author name to Wassim Gharbi

Notes

  • This applies to new releases going forward. Code already published under MIT remains usable under MIT for those prior versions.
  • Commercial use requires a separate license from the author.

Relicense Rescript for noncommercial use with required attribution to
Wassim Gharbi and Rescript contributors. Update README, package metadata,
and product copy so the project is no longer described as unrestricted
open source.

Co-authored-by: Wassim Gharbi <wassgha@gmail.com>
Restore "open-source" in README, PLAN, and meta description instead of
rewriting those phrases as source-available.
