pcb-rnd-1

This is the snapshot of the version that the pcb-rnd project currently interfaces to. I want to capture this as there are some changes that will be happening to support incremental routing for pcb-rnd going forward.

Thanks to the guys at pcb-rnd for integrating my router ! Great to see real hardware come out that used c-pcb to do the routing :)
