By default, organizations are created with the 7 days lease for vApps and vAppTemplates, which is the exception rather than the rule in production, and can have dramatic consequences if one goes to production with the lease enabled.
This patch makes the leases to never expire by default.
Very useful for vcd-cli org creation since there is no way to change it using the CLI.
