Initial Release of Community Zapper

Bot (cant be run as one off script) that can be configured to monitor a list of Nostr Communities and approved messages, zapping moderators and contributors to reward participation in the community.

To use this script, clone the repository, and then define the config.json file as instructed in the README. You will need a nostr identity to use for signing zap requests, a set of community owner pubkeys and names to monitor, LND access information and macaroon for source of funds to use for zapping.
