.NET DSS Client for Tractis Time Stamping Authority 

Explanation
--------
TimeStampService offers two methods:
- GenerateTimeStamp: Generates a TimeStamp signature of a concrete text.
- VerifyTimeStamp: Checks the TimeStamp signature and content validity.

Usage
--------
First of all you need to set the Tractis ApiKey info in TSA_Net_Client.Providers.Tractis.TractisDssClientProperties.cs

Then you can use the Test Project and launch 
Tests.Integration.TractisDssClientIntegrationTests.GenerateTimeStamp_Generates_New_TimeStamp_And_Verify_It()
to test all whole cicle.
