BREAKING CHANGES

• The namespace does no longer contain DotNetCore3
• CompatibilityVersion.Latest has been removed

This version of FhirStarter supports two different versions of FHIR.

• R4

The code behind the libraries are pretty much the same, but are based on two different HL7.FHIR libraries.
