Rewrites the PDP anatomy doc as the first of a series of docs rewrites, establishing a tighter baseline tone.

apps/docs/content/docs/anatomy/pages/pdp.mdx:searchParams. Cut the deep internals (promise threading,getProductVariant,buildOptionUrl, no-default-fallback detail).pdpinshop.config.ts(the picker, gallery, add-to-cart, and structured data have no toggle).More docs to follow once this baseline lands.
