Add LGGG TMAs and MTMAs

Description

Added boundaries for the 24 total TMAs and Military TMAs inside Athinai FIR.

Motivation and Context

This change will add boundaries for the approach positions of LGGG FIR

How to prove the effect of this PR?

Chart ENR 6.1 depicts all TMA and MTMA boundaries:

There are a few boundaries that don't line up with eachother, despite your source material showing it. Could you please fix up these boundaries:

@dirtyformal Hope that's better. Initially, all polygon coordinates were sourced from chart ENR 2.1 without further assessment. I have adjusted some of the TMAs/MTMAs in the same manner as we have in our sector file, making it even more consistent operationally.

I have also removed the LGBL-LGSK overlapping airspace as the majority of it belongs to LGSK anyways, and given that on VATSIM LGBL MTMA is up to FL195, it just makes sense to have it display as LGSK_APP owning it (99% of the time if a plane was in this area it would be a dep/arr from/to LGSK anyways) . Additionally, on VATSIM LGBL_APP does not cover Skiathos airport, however the boundary may suggest otherwise to someone unfamiliar flying.
