This software is under LGPL licence, (see COPYING.LESSER file).
It has been designed and implemented by David Auber and the Tulip dev team.

Requirements:

- cmake >= 2.8.3
- freetype2
- zlib
- libjpeg
- libpng
- Qt 4.7.0 or higher
- OpenGl 2.0
- glew 1.4 or higher
- gcc, g++ >= 4.5.0, clang or MS Visual Studio
- pyhton >=2.5
- sphinx and doxygen to generate the documentation
