The hilla-dev module was empty (no source files) and only existed for historical reasons. It previously contained HillaPlugin.java for hotswap support, but that was removed in commit 60639b3. Changes: - Removed hilla-dev from reactor build (pom.xml) - Removed hilla-dev from hilla-bom dependency management - Removed hilla-dev dependency from tests module - Deleted packages/java/hilla-dev directory The module produced an empty JAR with Maven warning: "JAR will be empty - no content was marked for inclusion" 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude <[email protected]>
