The star history chart in the README stopped working due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Updated the image to use a working alternative so the chart displays correctly again.

The star history chart on the README is currently broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so it no longer displays properly. This pull request updates the chart link to a working alternative that requires no API token, restoring the star history chart.
