The only potential question on oneDAL side is naming. We started discussion on potential of moving scikit-learn-intelex to UXL as well. It would make sense to have scikit put in same or as oneDAL as most of functionality of oneDAL exposed through the scikit-learn.

In this case oneDAL name doesn't look ideal as it's less known name comparing to sklearnex

Per discussion there is no better name ideas, so it can be onedal
