Overview

The purpose of this code and data is to enable reproduction and facilitate extension of the computational results associated with Ref. [1].

Installation, Testing, and Reproduction of Manuscript

Python can be obtained at Python.org. The dependencies required can be installed via

pip install -r requirements.txt

To test the installation, navigate to the parent directory and invoke

python3 -m pytest --doctest-modules

For step-by-step instructions on reproducing the manuscript, run

python plot_figures.py

(also see here).

Experimental Data

The raw data can be found in the directory data/.

Documentation

The documentation can be compiled using sphinx in doc/. A pdf version of the documentation is available here.
