[FEATURE] A way to extract the generated final markdown report #1361

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have run an analysis of my web application and it found a few suggestions so at the end, I asked the agent to create report.md markdown file with findings and suggestions.
It did so in the /workspace folder which is not mapped to the outside.
I asked the agent to place it along the logs but it told me it's not reachable for it as it's handled by the harness.

Describe the solution you'd like
I checked before asking the agent to generate the report, it was not in the run folder.
I'd like a way to have the report generated alongside the findings.sarif and strix.log files

Describe alternatives you've considered
I connected to the docker container like so:

docker exec -it <container_id> bash

and with a simple cat command, I was able to copy/paste the report outside of the container.

Additional context
I'm still new to strix, maybe there is a better way to get this.
