opening this as a smaller PR rather than one big diff, figured it'd be easier to discuss and extend from here rather than dump everything at once.

net-mirage,hello-key-mirage,rumprun-httpreplyandrumprun-redis, all building and booting under hvt now. bunny wasn't staging the extra source these need (mirage-skeleton files for the mirage apps, rumprun-packages data for the rumprun ones), and a couple of the bunnyfiles had real bugs on top of that.happy to extend this to more apps or take a different approach if that fits better with whatever's planned for the rewrite.
