Fix misleading callout title

Hey @zleight1 , the FileHandler extension also does not upload anything, so "No Server Functionality" fits here as well. But maybe you want to update the description a little bit to make this more clear? Something like "It doesn't display or upload them, ...". What do you think? And could you add a full stop to this and the Image extension callout box? |

Fix misleading callout title - it looks like it was copied from the other markdown file and simply missed updating it.
