Fedora CoreOS is now F43 for both stable and testing, so also remove longterm-6.12 from F42. For same reason keep building both stable and testing kmods for coreos F43. centos-kmodsig are no longer in use by bluefin-lts, thus removing to avoid noise.

I found a way to fix aarch nvidia... i want that before we merge.

CoreOS updated to F43.
Update our coreos-stable workflow to build those too.
Not sure if something else is needed, atleast the aarch stuff is not working. zfs propably shouldn't build currently.
