CoreOS updated to F43.

Update our coreos-stable workflow to build those too.

Not sure if something else is needed, atleast the aarch stuff is not working. zfs propably shouldn't build currently.

keep coreos-testing on F43, drop CentOS kmods SIG builds

Fedora CoreOS is now F43 for both stable and testing, so
also remove longterm-6.12 from F42. For same reason keep
building both stable and testing kmods for coreos F43.

centos-kmodsig are no longer in use by bluefin-lts, thus
removing to avoid noise.

I made a couple changes... this is a summary:

  • restored coreos-testing to F43
  • removed centos-kmodsig completely (no longer used by bluefin-lts)
  • removed longterm-6.12 from F42
  • akmod-nvidia first queries nvidia-driver to get a valid version before building

summary of failures:

We should be able to merge as is, given we can't do anything about the ZFS failures except wait for upstream.

Edit: nvidia builds now, though aarch64 is on an older driver than x86_64

NVIDIA Explanation:
NVIDIA has not yet shipped the latest driver for Linux-aarch64, and negativo17's nivida repo has a newer akmod-nvidia package than nvidia-driver package for F43 on aarch64. This caused our build to fail without doing a more careful version check before building. Repo issue reported negativo17/nvidia-driver#187 and this is also where I learned what was going on.

I found a way to fix aarch nvidia... i want that before we merge.
