This color scheme is based on "Monokai Soda" released as an extra with the Soda Theme for Sublime Text 2. It adds highlighting for ExpressionEngine tags as well as some color tweaks.
For Craft syntax highlighting to show up, make sure the Craft Twig Package is installed.
