I think we should hold back on this because we had to revert to <0.4 in #83, though I don't exactly remember why that was bad and if someone figures that out we could merge this one.

A newer version of num-derive exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged.
