Pitch

Since #4944 it is possible to choose the visibility when making a boost.

Unfortunately the interface is not showing the visibility of these boosts, only the visibility of the underlying statuses.

Note: Mastodon's UI doesn't either: mastodon/mastodon#34013

Motivation

Differentiating the visibility of boosts is useful if you vary the visibility depending to the subject. You might want to verify what visibility you used for your boosts.

Where and how would you show it?

I wonder if two new icons would work, with an open or closed lock onto the boost icon. But it might be hard to make an icon with the same size and understandable.

My idea would be to forward the info that it is a boost to the detail activity and show it there.
"Publicly boosted by xy 5h ago" or something like that. EIther above the detail post or together with the other metadata.

Yes, this is a good idea.
