Phase 3.C of TadaoOS plan: per-project specialist for travisEATSbugs (LIVE at Pivotal + Lion's Share Demo, paid teb-cloud tier upcoming in Phase 3). Encoded: pnpm workspaces (widget + adapter-cloudflare + adapter-http + apps/worker + apps/mcp-server + apps/playground), 3-adapter contract (ApiAdapter / AuthAdapter / ThemeAdapter), Shadow-DOM widget with drawer / overlay / page-mode render, Worker live at eats.travisfixes.com (D1 + R2 + KV), the CRITICAL CDN distinction (travismakes.org/travis-eats-bugs/widget.js is the bundle CDN; eats.travisfixes.com is the API ONLY until v1.0), MCP server with 4 tools, live deployments at Pivotal (0.0.7-alpha.0 LOCKED per D10) + LSD, 10 ratified decisions, em-dash CI gate (zero tolerance). Forensic audit (2026-05-30 Wave 5 fact-truth lens) caught that the specialist claimed Lion's Share Demo (LSD) vendor at 0.0.3-alpha.0 with "Phase 2 work bumps to 0.0.10". Reality per lions-share/app-cf/package.json: the active link is file:vendor/travisbreaks-travisEATSbugs-0.0.7-alpha.0.tgz. Both 0.0.3 and 0.0.7 tarballs are in vendor/ but only 0.0.7 is linked. Fixed 4 locations in the specialist: - frontmatter description (LSD link version) - Live deployments table (LSD row) - Cross-repo dependency-map table (lions-share row) - Workflow checklist item 13 (vendor-bump note) Phase 2 work focus updated to "multi-tenant scaffolding; vendor version already current."
