v2.1 - no more HOSTNAMEs

This release does not rely on HOSTNAME settings in galera.cnf.
They are not needed and conflict with the future idea to optional persist the config to create a persistent cluster setup.

v2.0 - Everything new

V2.0 introduces automatic bootstrapping of MariaDB Galera Cluster. No seperate bootstrapping node needed.
