Describe your changes

Fix three small README spelling typos:

• maintanence -> maintenance in the V1 deprecation note
• retrive -> retrieve in the Files API description
• retrive -> retrieve in the Fine-tunes API description

These are documentation-only changes that make the README a bit clearer for users reading the current V1 SDK docs.

Verification performed:

• git diff --check
• grep -nE 'maintanence|retrive' README.md returned no matches
