Voice assistant is an app aimed at helping visually impaired people
With this app users can perform some of the following basic functions;

Read and send messages

Make phone calls and read call logs

Battery level and charging status

Create and read notes

With the help of Text-To-Speech which speaks the content of the phone, the visually challenged people can know the content of the very basic things listed above by just doing what the app says with some click gestures to carry out any of the task.
