feat: Modify the usage from ffmpeg-probe

* Modify the usage from ffmpeg-probe to ffmpeg.ffprobe approach.
* Add a setFFPath method to set the path to ffmpeg on your machine.
* Increase the number of catch logs for better error handling and debugging.
