OvmfPkg/RiscVVirt: Fix issues in VarStore Blockmap config

The block size configuration of Blockmap does not match that in Qemu VirtNorFlash, which causes variable data to be written into FtwWorkBlock by mistake, resulting in data loss during reboot.
