ALPHA 5.1.0 release (configuration update)

In this version we ( I ) reworked confguration system, so we don't need to edit configuraion classes to use it. It will simplify future development of plugin. But is not perfect configuration class system. In far future we are going to start using json configs with Jackson library to work with classes and nodes very well.
Now it is:

1. Good user-friendly chat and advancement notifications included auto-message plugin(not chatmanager) plugin
2. Plugin with very good code.
3. Promising plugin.
   Just wait far future(this summer) to see great plugin.

ALPHA 5.0.1 release

This is first user-friendly and first working version of plugin.
As I said in Wiki, plugin already have many features and functions, so you can use it right now!
