Update badge URL, event listing instructions, and project license

Adjusted the URL of the project's coverage badge to direct to the correct location. Expanded instructions regarding listing events on the blacklist and whitelist for clarity and user convenience. Also, the project's license has been changed from AGPL-3.0 to MIT.
