Replace NanoHTTPD With Apache Listener #28

NanoHTTPD is missing some key features like proper handling of expect-continue and chunked transfer on requests (which matters when we are uploading large files like videos and photos from the client). See NanoHttpd/nanohttpd#63 for a complete list.

But we will probably continue using it anyway. What we need to do is fix these bugs in NanoHTTPD.
