Because of couchbase/couchbase-lite-java-listener#43 and couchbase/couchbase-lite-java-listener#40 we really need to get rid of TJWS and replace it in the listener with some other HTTP server. Apache is an obvious candidate as it's battle hardened and available on Android. But we do need to do our homework. NanoHTTPD is unfortunately not a great candidate for this role due to the reasons discussed in #28
