STL and STEP files for dual Nato Gas Canister 40mm filters. SVG needed for P-TET-000168 (40mm filter gasket), STL + STEP file included in appropriate Gaskets subdirectory.

I think PAPRa Assembly in STEP/96mm Nato/A-TET-001114 - 96mm Nato Gas Canister 40mm dual Filter PAPRa Assembly.step should say PAPRa Fan box Assembly
Fusion 360 version 15 - new part numbers reserved from PLM
Corrected orientation for STLs for #229 also added P-TET-000145 - Spacer.stl which apparently was missed in previous commits
Added SVG of NATO 40mm filter gasket, removed STL file placeholder

Clean up files based on #229 (comment) Restore `battery_controller` files from `main`, will add new files in another commit and PR.

Issue here may be a filter sealing problem. We also have VOC canisters, and may need other canisters for testing |
