Added missing jooq files to git for CI table

Description

Jooq auto-generated files for CI table weren't included in the PR #320 , they must be added so jooq can work properly.

Includes:

• Added missing jooq files to git

Resolves #326

CI and Coverity Scan fail tests because of pending issue #321
