feat(services): add glim.sh - live data for AI agents

Adds glim.sh to the MPP service directory.

glim.sh is a production MPP/Tempo-enabled service providing live data from Twitter, Reddit, the web, GitHub, Amazon, and YouTube for AI agents - no API keys, one endpoint, pay per call. #2 on mppscan.com by volume; also exposed as a hosted MCP server (official registry: sh.glim/glim).

• 11 endpoints, $0.002-$0.015 USDC.e per call via Tempo (amounts verified against the live https://glim.sh/openapi.json x-payment-info)
• Realm glim.sh (first-party), intent charge
