This Pull request pushes the extension for AG-64/96 to TEKSI Wastewater.
Depends on #381

Add AG6496 schema
add specific AGxx Project
retention_ist is a mandatory attribute and in the test database always
NULL. Until this is fixed, we have to hard-code the value to make the
export work.
Value is lower case in value list but expected to be capitalized in
ili-model.
