Enables
pnpm checkto pass and fixes many Svelte 5 warnings/errors, enabling to be fully built and ran locally. Still outstanding Svelte 5 regressions and compatibility issues to keep from running the docs against Svelte 5 (yet).See followup PR that only includes Svelte 5 dependency changes to track full compatibility.
