Since we got basics on, we are try to start rolling out |

We won't introduce all components (or their equivalents) of 0.x series of Holakit before we merge this PR, and we are going to merge this PR as soon as we starting to roll out |

Start to work on Holakit 2.x as planned in those two issues.
We try to build Holakit 2.x on Stencil, which is a quite promising framework for building WebComponents. Heavy developments here.
