Description

Adds a page about desktop and mobile support. I was looking for details about mobile support and it was very difficult to find anything. There was nothing in the lefthand nav. I did a search for "mobile" and didn't find anything. I thought mobile wasn't fully supported yet until talking to someone else. It turns out the first page really talking about it was very far down the list of search results buried by things like plugins and blog posts. I think having a page talking about it will both make it easier to find in the nav and in the search results (presumably a page with "mobile" in the title should rank highly and the term "mobile" is also found a number of times in the text, which should help as well)
