53b2d30: Add a help recipe for the
detectcommand.detectis a registered subcommand, so it appeared in thetaskless helptopic index — but
taskless help detecthad no backingdetect.txtand fellthrough to "Unknown command", exiting 1. Every other registered command already
had a matching help file;
detectwas the lone gap. The new recipe documentsthe
--jsonoutput shape (linters, languages, ruleStyles) and cross-links tothe
route/existingauthoring flow that consumes it.
