Description
---The mining rewards have been updated to represent 50/50 split between Sha3 and Randomx algorithms. There were multiple commits so that the commit comment matches others in the rfc repository.
Motivation and Context
---Ensure continued accuracy of rfcs.
How Has This Been Tested?
---It has been verified with the community that this 50/50 split represents the current version of Tari. It was tested on a my localhost using
mdbook.
