Fixed issue when an email address of [email protected] would not be recogized as a target email address listed in the config when the config has [email protected].
The same pull request as #76. I hadn't seen any activity on the repo so I started to treat my repo as fork and I forgot that that pull request was tracking my main branch. If development is going to be continuing I'm more than happy contribute changes upstream. Either way thanks for all the work you have done the bot works good in its current just looking to update packages and try and fix a couple of issues we are having with certain either just getting dropped or causing the bot to crash. Thanks.
