Interact with Earthquake data from RSS feed of U.S. Geological Survey

This version is the first one. In this version, the software will show the earthquake data and when the user clicks on a source of an earthquake, the place that may be affected will be displayed and other markers will be hidden. User can work offline also. And can use different map providers.

In later versions, I will add more flexibility for the user to choose which map provider they want to choose and if they want to focus their attention to some specific place. Also, will try to make the GUI look better.
