Ninja is available for download here. This is the only official download link that always offers the latest version. To verify, the checksums are provided in Checksums.
Ninja is compatible with Gothic, Gothic Sequel, Gothic 2 and Gothic 2 Night of the Raven. It only requires the following.

Ninja is compatible with both SystemPack (>= 1.5) and Union (>= 1.0e), or also without them.
If Gothic is installed in the Program Files directory, administrative privileges are necessary.
The setup guides through the installation and will ask for the path to the installed game. If Gothic is installed in the Program Files directory, administrative privileges are necessary.
