- DLL, WPF, and ASP apps have external dependencies that expect a certain namespace, so enable 'overwrite originals.'
- When 'overwrite originals' is enabled, backups of the original files are put in the /xBackup folder.
- If there are file access problems then you may need to run XBuilder as an administrator so files can be put into places like /Program Files.
- Turning off the visualization on startup will fix problems with SetUnhandledExceptionMode.
- To troubleshoot startup problems, open the recompiled .exe as a new project in visual studio and run the debugger. Trap the exception and we might be able to help.
