SFCT assignment on Kruskal's and Prim's algorithm

Tested for chrono time function only. Whole program is working with wsl, windows g++, dev-cpp, code::blocks. Yet to check on ubuntu.
Checked for windows.h time.
Need to check for time.h timing function
