Something went wrong (404)

Why did I see a 404 page?

Whenever Europa is unable to load a page, you will see this message. Possible reasons include:

1. Unreachable Server

The server you are trying to connect to is unreachable.

Solution
Check if you can access the server using a regular browser. If you can, please report the issue, it will help us fix it in future release.

2. Network access is blocked

Europa has been blocked by your OS, third-party firewall or any other network device.

Solution
Check the settings of your Operating System to add an exception for Europa.
