Minor readme changes and usability fixes

We had some changes in the readme file to accommodate the ownership transfer from personal GitHub to lab GitHub (and also minor usability fixes).

Minor updates on usability

We have updated the following features of AIControl based on the community feedback.

(a) We improved the guideline on github (https://github.com/hiranumn/AIControl.jl) by explaining how to install AIControl, Julia, and other external softwares step by step
(b) We now provide toy examples and required data files through an FTP server, where users can perform wget or curl to download them
(c) We integrated small data files to the package itself for better usability
(d) We have more informative error messages for the errors that are expected to be prevalent.
(e) All intermediates and resulting files will be written to a single folder.
(f) Users have an option to disable parallel computing

Implementation of AIControl framework in Julia

This is an implementation of AIControl framework for analyzing ChIP-seq experiments. AIControl makes ChIP-seq assays easier, cheaper, and more accurate by imputing background data from mass control data available in public.
