Fix metadata; url, repository and tags

In reference to the project in GSoC 2018,
For an easier deployment of ASLOv3, some files and activity.info need to be added/fixed/updated to present correct metadata on the website.

Updated Parameters:-

1. url
2. repository
3. Changed category to tags

Even though some help pages have not been migrated yet. I have consulted with @rdsadhu to fix a format for the help pages that will be generated upon migration. Hence, even though the activity is not working we should get the metadata as updated.
Please review the same, and suggest any changes that are required.

Thanks for the patch. I've reviewed d448bb3 and it's fine.

But I won't be merging this until we have a fix for #3, #4 and #6. The activity needs a maintainer, first.

I'll change the pull request titles too, as they needlessly reference projects outside the activity.
